Countryside Manor in Fremont, OH is looking for individuals that would like to be trained as a Certified Nursing Assistant! ,Individuals will work on the floor of the nursing facility to gain knowledge and hands-on training of the role. Upon completion of training hours, the CNA will be enrolled in a STNA training program to make them eligible to take the state licensing exam to become a STNA.

Our CNAs assist nursing staff with caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents according to the individualized plan of care. Additional responsibilities may include monitoring, observing, and assisting residents with various needs or changes in conditions.

 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Following the interview, completion of an 8 hour online course prior to working on the floor
• Willingness to obtain Ohio STNA licensure
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
