We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our amazing team. As Front Office Supervisor you will supervise front office day to day operations. 

 

What will I be doing?

  • Assist guests with check-in and out as well as giving support and assisting the Front Desk staff with any questions or guest situations.
  • Responsible for training and direction of new department Team Members.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the team.
  • Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

 

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Prior Front Desk Experience 
  • 2+ years supervisory experience 
  • Skilled in solving practical problems
