What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years experience leading and managing a Front Office or Guest Services team in a service focused hotel or resort environment required
  • Experience with working in a face paced and customer front facing environment required
  • Excellent listening and communication skills required
  • Excellent customer and guest focused verbal and written communication skills required
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills required
  • Experience with leading and motivating team members positively required
  • Experience with promoting learning and continuous improvement among the team required
  • Experience with bringing situations to resolutions calmly and efficiently required
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays required
  • Strong computer skills, and experience with PMS systems strongly desired
  • College degree strongly desired
