SIGN-ON BONUS- $2000 (LPN)

Welcome to St. Martha Villa for Independent and Retirement Living! Our 120 unit Community, provides a warm and caring environment for Independent living, Personal Care and Memory Support. Our team of seasoned staff work together to offer excellent service and care to each resident.

RN/LPN Responsibilities:

• Provides quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning.
• Maintain excellent customer service.
• Assesses residents for any signs of change in condition.
• Administers medications and treatments to residents which includes; monitoring administration of intravenous fluids and placing orders for medication.
• Supervises the caregivers.
• Performs other related job duties as required.

LPN Qualifications:

• Must have an active license as an LPN in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long term care a plus. However, willing train the right candidate.
• New grads welcomed!
