General Labor

FULL-TIME

$15/hr

Duties include:
• Locate, mount, and remove tooling
• Feeding sheets as needed
• Setting up a feeder for each order
• Assist operators A and B in making machine adjustments during the press run
• Making load tags for each order
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Completing quality checks throughout press runs
• Completing all paperwork as required
• Basic maintenance as directed
• Operating stacker as needed
• Operating in Operator B capacity as needed
• Completing all work orders within set goals for production and set-ups
• All aspects of quality including initial checks by supervisor and completing quality check list for all work envelopes
• Accurately labeling and storing all “fall-off” and stock sheets
• Completing all paperwork/ computer work including timesheets and load tags
• Maintaining acceptable levels of productivity
• Performing accurate and efficient set-ups
• Mounting, removing, and replacing print plates
• Locating, producing, and changing out ink as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Completing quality checks throughout press runs, including all spectrophotometer readings
• Responsible for operating the machine efficiently
• Will be responsible for maintaining Lean initiatives on the United, including 5S
• Completing all paperwork as required
• Basic maintenance as directed
• Direct operator B in completing daily duties
• Filling in for Operator B as needed

Shift start: 7:00AM or 3:00PM or 11:00PM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday - Saturday
