General Labor - Day Shift

FULL-TIME

$15/hr, plus $500 new hire bonus, see details below

Day and Second shift needed. Duties vary by exact role in plant, but include mixing, vegetable and fruit preparation, salad preparation, and sanitation. Exact role will be assigned based on experience and interest. Responsibilities include assisting with production, preparation, and storage of company products. Placing boxed products on pallets. Adding and mixing ingredients to produce a finished product according to company recipes. Observing and monitoring equipment to ensure safe operation. Removing defective products or packages from the production line. Assembling product containers on an assembly line. Maintaining housekeeping of the production plant and warehouse. Following company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Schedule

Shift start: 5:00AM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
5 days/week, must be available any day, some weekends required

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Can lift 40 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Must be able to work in a cold environment and work weekends. Must be able to lift 50lb on a consistent basis.
