General Laborers

FULL-TIME

$20/hr, plus $1000 new hire bonus, see details below

The General Laborer's responsibilities are:

- Complying with all safety regulations, maintaining clean and orderly work areas, and adhering to company OSHA safety guidelines at all times.
- Promoting a safe work environment for all staff, vendors, and customers.
- Operating light, medium, and heavy equipment including fork truck, front-end loader, and bobcat.
- Operating various hand-operated tools related to construction work.
- Maintaining equipment and performing daily inspections of equipment.
- Visually inspecting forms.
- Setting up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products.
- Placing steel reinforcing in forms in the manufacturing production process.
- Placing concrete into forms.
- Tearing down forms after the concrete is cured.
- Cleaning and lubricating forms to be used in the manufacturing production process.
- Placing covers and positions steam lines for curing process (if applicable).
- Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with a $1.00 increase after 90 days of successful performance.

Shift start: 6:00AM or 7:00AM
Shift length: 8 + hours
