Job Summary

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced social media marketer who has a passion for all things social, a knack for design, is content obsessed, and will never pass up a plate of tater tots. You will help develop and champion GetGo’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, and help translate our brand goals and marketing objectives into comprehensive social media strategies. You also get to help form the GetGo voice while engaging with our loyal customers across our regions.

Job Description

• Experience Required:

  · 3-5 years in a social media role where you helped grow a loyal following and form an online personality for a brand.

  Job Responsibilities:

  · Drive the social media strategy for GetGo across all channels including concepting, planning, implementation, engagement and measurement

  · Support all GetGo businesses including fuel, WetGo and WetGo Pro car wash locations, membership programs including AdvantagePAY and WetGo Unlimited, and convenience categories from fresh, made-to-order food and grab and go items.

  · Serve as the daily “poster” of content and create and maintain all relevant content calendars

  · Stay up to date with social media trends and platform changes that may impact GetGo and recognize the best fit for our brands and businesses

  · Support the merchandising team in highlighting vendor package products during each promo period and supply reporting

  · Utilize listening tools to manage all reputation instances and report to customer care or internal teams in a timely manner

  · Attend grand openings, test kitchen events, celebrity appearances, community service events, etc. and document effectively across GetGo’s platforms

  · Work with the internal design team to help execute bigger social media plans, but also have basic design ability to self-serve in the moment

  · Travel to local GetGo locations to get lifestyle pictures of new food offerings, identified c-store products, and identify new opportunities for social content

  · Work with outside agencies to ensure brand consistency across both paid and organic channels and be a collaborative team player both internally and externally
