In this role you will be responsible for creating print and electronic designs for each of our client groups – customers, transportation partners, the community and current and prospective employees. What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate multiple responsibilities, project timelines and balance workload while demonstrating initiative, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Conceptualize, design, and create all marketing materials, including print, promotional pieces, logos, direct mail, t-shirts, intranet banners and digital images
• Design detailed mock-ups and artwork for campaigns and promotions, including internal and external websites, landing pages, microsites, and mobile applications 
• Front-end HTML development of email campaigns
• Update and revise TQL.com with the CMS platform
• Research design trends, fonts and color schemes to develop new design concepts
• Prepare and coordinate projects with vendors
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the design team for advertising and promotional ideas

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
• Proficient in HTML, with email marketing knowledge 
• Comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment with everchanging priorities
• Proven ability to deliver projects on tight deadlines with perfect accuracy
• Good eye for composition 
• Experience leading projects and teams
• Exceptional business acumen with the ability to communicate with all levels of a 6,000+ employee organization
