Dial-a-Nurse is looking for the best, warm hearted caregivers to be referred for homecare shifts with a client in Marco Island.

Do you want to go home at the end of the day knowing you made a difference in the life of person or family? If so, we are looking for YOU. 

Must be friendly, professional, and have excellent communication skills. Being knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible is a must. This particular client is looking for someone who she is going to have fun with but still be responsibile to help the client around the house and cooking meals when neccessary.

Responsibility:

• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities to include: hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed
• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks
• Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior
• Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift
