A Home Health Company  is looking for a HHA coordinator to join our team. This is a Full Time position! 

HHA Coordinator - Salary/Benefits:

HHA Coordinator - Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Bilingual preferred 
  • Proven experience in healthcare/home care coordination, customer service and or staffing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employee, patients and their families
  • Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts, take action and resolve issues!
HHA Coordinator - Responsibilities:
  • A Home Care Coordinator executes and supports each clients’ home care solution
  • This includes maintenance of ongoing communication and coordination with the referral, family members, client, healthcare providers and intake sources for all clients
  • The Home Care Coordinator shall plan for all home healthcare service coverage from therapy, nursing, caregivers, and to companions, while to ensuring that the patient/family are satisfied and receiving excellent customer service
