Are you a certified Home Health Aide in the state of NY? Do you want a flexible work schedule? Do you have great interpersonal skills? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then Blue Line Home Care

• Valid HHA certificate (must have worked in NY within last 2 years)
• Complete physical (within the last 6mo)
• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1yr)
• Rubella/Rubeola Vaccines- MMR titers
• Drug test (within 6mo)
• 2 reference letters (Personal or Professional)
• Valid ID and Social Security Card
