Amber Court of Smithtown is a lovely Assisted Living residence on Lake Ave in Smithtown. We are seeking  Certified Home Health Aides.

You must have a current HHA Certificate to apply. Please submit a resume, call or drop by.

• The salary is $15.45 per hour and the shifts we need are 6:30am to 3pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday,  and Monday

Requirements:

• Home Health Aide Certificate
• Photo I.D
• Current PPD (performed within the last 8 months)
• If PPD is positive, a copy of Chest X-ray report is required
• Evidence of Immunity to Rubella/Rubeola
