Job Requirements
• Current CNA or CHHA license is required

• If the client has a need for a driver, a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a vehicle in good running, reliable condition

• A smartphone and the ability to be reached via phone

• Able to read, speak and understand clear English (Bilingual welcome!!)

• Proof of compliance with Covid-19 Massachusetts mandate

Sign on Bonus Rules:
Offer applies to new hires ONLY. Not applicable for former or existing employees.
Bonus will be paid in first payroll after successful completion of 90-days of employment and qualifying criteria.
Eligible hires must work a minimum of 30 hours weekly on an ongoing basis for a minimum of 90-days.
Must be in good standing with no unexcused absences or tardiness, performance issues or complaints.
No unnecessary time off requests allowed during probationary period.
No unapproved changes of availability.
Availability Agreement must be signed at interview before hire.
