This beautiful community is ideally located on 42 acres in La Grange Park and offers a variety of apartment styles and lifestyle packages for the perfect mix of quiet living with all of the conveniences of independence.

What You Will Do:

Provide support to community leaders by implementing standardized processes related to associate
recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement and recognition to ensure a positive associate
experience.

• Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) to assist community leaders and associates in navigating various HR systems and services.
• Supports administrative processes for position management requests.
• Supports new hire onboarding process that includes collecting new hire paperwork, facilitation of orientation, provisioning and training.
• Maintains up to date associate files and tracks orientation, education and licensure compliance.

What You Will Need:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
