Bethlehem Woods, part of Ascension Living, is looking for dynamic HR Assistant to join the team! This beautiful community is ideally located on 42 acres in La Grange Park and offers a variety of apartment styles and lifestyle packages for the perfect mix of quiet living with all of the conveniences of independence.

At Ascension Living, we are always learning things from our senior living communities, hospitals, and caregivers all over the country. What You Will Do:

Provide support to community leaders by implementing standardized processes related to associate
recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement and recognition to ensure a positive associate
experience.

  • Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) to assist community leaders and associates in navigating various HR systems and services.
  • Supports administrative processes for position management requests.
  • Supports new hire onboarding process that includes collecting new hire paperwork, facilitation of orientation, provisioning and training.
  • Maintains up to date associate files and tracks orientation, education and licensure compliance.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
