HR Director / Senior Recruiter

This role will cover several traditional HR responsibilities, such as new hire orientation, on-boarding, payroll, benefits, and company policy procedure and adherence. The position will also entail considerable recruitment efforts, both in-house, and working with external recruiters. The ideal candidate will build relationships with company managers to determine and assist with their human resource needs.

  • Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts, including, but limited to:

  • Posting in recruitment sites, such as:
  • Facebook
  • Indeed
  • ZipRecruiter
  • JobGet
  • Greensheet
  • Work In Texas
  • LinkedIn
  • Etc.
  • Working directly with recruiters to source, interview, and hire
  • Referring quality candidates to Management for review
  • Creating and sending offer letter to candidates

Oversee Human Resources responsibility such as:

  • Applicant Tracking
  • Tracking applicants from both internal and external sources
  • Constant communication with candidates to move them through the system
  • Reporting to team on a weekly basis
  • Using available tools to work with PHC team in staffing patients with immediate needs
  • Background Checks
  • New hire orientation
  • Policies
  • Procedures
  • Company Overview
  • Hand-off to senior employee for training and future questions
  • On-boarding
  • Termination process

Assist with Payroll and Benefits administration
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years’ of experience of working in Human Resources
  • 3+ years’ of experience of working in Recruiting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with DocuSign a plus
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with Paycor ATS and Onboarding a strong plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post jobs monthly on platforms
  • Check job postings regularly (1-2 times a week)
  • Screen resumes / applications
  • Conduct initial 15 to 30 minute candidate screening calls
  • Send call notes, resume, and contact information to the hiring manager in an email
  • After hiring manager conducts interview, get feedback via email stop process if negative feedback
  • Send call notes, resume, and contact information to a member of leadership in an email
  • After member of leadership conducts interview, get feedback via email stop process if negative feedback
  • Send all call notes, resume, and contact information back to both the hiring manager and leadership to discuss offer
  • Have candidate complete full application
  • Conduct background check and reference check
  • Offer letter to be completed and sent by member of leadership
  • Offer letter and compensation negotiations to be conducted by member of leadership
  • Member of leadership to send completed offer letter to HR
  • HR to save signed offer letter and schedule first day of orientation (with HR) and start of training (with hiring mgr.)
  • Orientation: Debit card (if needed), business cards (if needed), setup email, get electronic access, technology, etc.
