Overview:
Human Resources Generalist
Exempt Reports to: Director HRBP Field Programs
Job Summary
This position engages directly with the workforce and Directors/Managers to manage a variety of HR workflows. The HR Generalist is the "face of HR" for our frontline staff and first-tier managers. This position provides valuable insights across the employee base and owns process management for key HR workflows. Professional judgment and maturity is required to effectively and consistently implement HR policies with a sense of urgency and partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Core Duties
Acts as key advisor and resource for frontline staff and first-tier managers for any HR-related concerns or questions - bridges the core workforce with the business. Advises leaders on HR policies and their interpretation and application. Coaches and consults with leaders to address and resolve employee relations issues. Performs and ensures timely processing of key HR workflows Leads employee relations investigations and collaborates with local HR Managers and legal on depositions. Partners with leaders and HR Managers to establish, monitor, and administer growth plans. Manages involuntary terminations and employee off-boarding. Works with the broader HR Team to identify best practices and optimize workflows. Delivers to and executes against regional and enterprise HR projects.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Min Experience Required:
2 years of HR generalist experience Preferred:
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
High degree of professional judgment and maturity, given exposure and access to sensitive employee information.
Must be able to travel across assigned territories.
Strong communication skills in one-on-one situations - ability to have firm but compassionate conversations with team members.
Effectively partner/collaborate across functions, both within and outside of HR.
Familiarity with local labor laws and a range of HR policies & practices
Detail-oriented, accurate and timely with executing workflows Basic knowledge Microsoft Office products required;
Familiarity with Dayforce HRIS a plus more
