The People Experience Designer (HR Generalist/Analyst) to support and perform a broad range of activities including metrics/analytics, onboarding, employee development process, recruitment, equal employment/affirmative action, employee benefits, compliance and compliance training. This is a “hands on” position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization. 

Skills/Responsibilities:

    • Leveraging market data and insights in order to have empowered conversations.
    • Assessing and analyzing pipeline metrics and recruiting process(es) to identify areas of improvement and provide recommended actions
    • Driving recruiting campaigns (on-line, events, etc) in partnership with Talent Brand & Marketing organization
    • Leading intake meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders to set expectations, communicate pipeline activity, develop action plans, gauging progress and identifying potential obstacles
    • Developing, managing and sharing reports and dashboards to hold both hiring teams and recruiting teams accountable for desired results
    • Owns onboarding and relocation processes and creating the best experience for new hires
    • ATS system management and maintenance
    • Helps recruit for all levels in the organization when needed
    • Strong technical recruiting acumen to find best-in-class talent to help for all levels of the organization when needed.
    • Creating sourcing channels that are aligned with current and future pipeline needs
    • Creates and maintains course content, manuals, or other training materials for the People Team
    • Assist department managers to identify skill or knowledge gaps develops job descriptions and helps define roles in the organization.
    • Analyzes training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
    • Reviews and evaluates training programs for compliance with government standards.
    • Oversees orientation sessions and ensures on-the-job training is taking place for all new hires.

    About You

    • 5+ years’ experience required in technical recruiting for all levels of an organization, from entry-level to Senior Director positions that are complex technical positions
    • Networking ability to continuously generate a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates
    • Proven experience partnering and building productive relationships with clients, partners, and team members
    • Analytic skills with the ability to report on workflow and metrics
    • Innovative, creative and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success
    • Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable, agile and flexible
    • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline oriented projects is essential
    • Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized with a focus on delivering business results
    • Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making and the ability to influence
    • Takes initiative, is proactive with strong follow through and client service
    • Self-motivated, driven, go-getter mentality
    • Self-sufficient and able to work with ambiguity
    • Bachelor's degree in Org Development/Business/Education or HR required.
    • Master's degree in Org Development/Business or HR preferred.
    • PHR/MBTI/Training or Experience of 6-8 years in a progressive role preferred.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
    • Ability to develop and mentor others, influence changes in the learning delivery and seek input from all departments to define any performance needs/gaps.
