Job Description

The Human Resources Generalist will provide front line guidance to plant operating management and employees in all aspects of human resources related to labor relations and SPW (Stellantis lean manufacturing methodology) implementation. The candidate must be willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and occasional holidays.
Labor Relations Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Equitable administration of the collective agreement including grievance administration, interpretation and overall compliance
Facilitating effective management/union relations
Administration of attendance program
Administration and discipline assessment
Run attendance reports and gather information to compile into presentations with trend analysis
EEOC and other workplace investigations
Coaching, guiding and providing direction to operating management on assigned shift
Implementation of lean manufacturing activities
