Job Description

Our Clients Commercial Systems segment has an exciting HR leadership job opportunity for an experienced professional who will partner with the General Manager of a $35M US business with 100 associates. This is a hands-on role that will provide coaching and guidance to the business leadership team on all strategic HR initiatives along with tactical activities related to talent acquisition, associate development and engagement, performance management and wellness and safety. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to align HR function to the business strategy to influence revenue growth and profitability.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Workforce Planning

Conducts workforce planning based on the individual functional strategy and leverages data and analytics to identify priorities.

Assesses needs and draws connections across the functions and operations; identifies implications from talent, structure, and skills requirements.

Develops organizational design and restructuring plans to optimize resource allocation.



Talent Management/Leadership Development/Diversity & Inclusion

Supports the talent management initiatives to establish a robust pipeline of diverse leadership talent.

Supports Leveraging talent across the Segment to identify opportunities for developing leadership talent.

A partner in facilitating the development and execution of experience-based development plans and exposure for high potentials.

Actively leads and participates in the talent acquisition.

Manages the talent review and succession planning process for the functions.

Implements actions to create a highly engaged, high performing, and inclusive work environment for the Lincoln plant.

Demonstrates the use of 80/20, continuous improvement to deliver results aligned with the functions strategies, including KPIs, with a sense of urgency.



Functional Expertise

Can provide hands-on coaching to functional and site teams.

Provides oversight on employee relations issues and resolution.

Must be approachable and foster a climate of trust and respect in the organization.

Advisor and coach to the functional and site leadership on appropriate HR practices and policies; ensures implementation and compliance.

Identifies opportunities to simplify processes.


SHRM certification a plus
Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness or related field.

2-5 years HR business partner experience; preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Generalist background, with broad knowledge of recruitment, benefit and compensation administration, employee relations, legal compliance, safety, and training and development.

Demonstrated track record of partnering with leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that produce measurable outcomes and drive business results.

Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to establish trust, credibility, and rapport at all levels of the organization; seen as humble, direct, and authentic, while possessing leadership presence.

Proven ability to be hands on, demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, results-orientation. Has a mindset of continuous improvement and can embrace Regal's 80/20 principles.

Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships and influence resources outside one's direct responsibility. more
