Insight Global is hiring an Human Resources Manager to join an East Coast real estate investment company. This Boston based company, has a HQ on Newbury St, with 100+ remote employees nationwide.



As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR initiatives. You will support all business units and Corporate leadership to drive policy and procedure. You will be involved in Employee Relations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding/orientation, retention, and performance reviews. Another key responsibility is owning all benefits, open enrollment and payroll using ADP software. You will also be a key contributor to making recommendations for improving effectiveness of policies and procedures. This is an individual contributor role, with potential to grow a small team in the future.



This possible will be hybrid, with four days in the Boston office, and one day a week remote. At this time, a vaccine is not required for the role, however they are following closely along with state and federal regulations.

5+ years of professional experience within a Human Resources department needing minimal guidance

Proficient with ADP suite

Experience with payroll, open enrollment/ benefits, leading performance reviews, among other HR responsibilities

Ability to commute into Newbury St. four days/ week more
