Your key role in our company will be to support the training and on-boarding of caregivers. Excellent training will be provided! Work on a friendly team, all dedicated to changing seniors' lives for the better!
Compensation
$22/ hour, as well as bonus pay with profit sharing potential
Responsibilities of HR Manager:
- Give in-office practical training for caregivers as a part of initial onboarding. This includes transfering techniques, diapering, bedside manner, safety protocols, etc
- Support the hiring process for new caregivers & work with the scheduler to ensure caregivers are satisifed in their roles
Requirements of HR Manager:
- Be available for on-call rotation duty outside of normal office hours, with a high level of accountability
- Able to build and maintain relationships; superb follow-up skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate comfortably with other Right at Home staff
- Tech savvy; proficient in Microsoft word and excel, knowledge in suite
- Prior experience in home care industry and/or training is a plus
