Job Description

• Give in-office practical training for caregivers as a part of initial onboarding.  This includes transfering techniques, diapering, bedside manner, safety protocols, etc
• Support the hiring process for new caregivers & work with the scheduler to ensure caregivers are satisifed in their roles 

• Be available for on-call rotation duty outside of normal office hours, with a high level of accountability
• Able to build and maintain relationships; superb follow-up skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate comfortably with other Right at Home staff
• Tech savvy; proficient in Microsoft word and excel, knowledge in suite
• Prior experience in home care industry and/or training is a plus
  
  

• 8 hour shift; day shift; 3 times a week (choose any between Monday to Friday)
