We try to do things a little differently on Team Patulski of Sport Clips.  We know the most important part of our success if having happy stylists, that love to come to work.  It's always our goal to look out for everyone's best interest and find out what each individual's needs are.  Some times that is work/life balance, or perhaps money, and maybe a desire to advance in their career.  We value what you value and want to do our best to fit your needs.  

Our team members make excellent pay, averaging at least $25 an hour.  Every one is given a flexible schedule with paid vacation available.  

If you are right out of cosmetology school, we have an excellent training program.  You will be taught everything you need and have mentors help guide you through that journey.  

For experienced stylists and barbers, our stores are filled with clients and you will never be waiting long for your next customer.  There is a ready-made clientele waiting for you, all we need is for you to give us a chance.
