We are actively recruiting for a Senior Lead Hardware Engineer

What you’ll do in this role:

Lead a group of highly talented engineers to design, manufacture, and test electrical spacecraft hardware.

Provide hands-on involvement to turn customer requirements into electronics that will operate in a space environment.

Direct Innovative space-bound designs that include electronics used in rovers, the space station, crewed spacecraft, and satellites positioned in various orbits.

What you need to be successful:

Self-driven, team-oriented individual who is hardworking, energetic, and works well with customers.

Technically astute individual with a foundation in electrical engineering design or systems engineering.

Position requires a minimum of 7 years of electrical hardware design or systems engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Ideal candidates would have knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
Digital Circuit Design
Analog Circuit Design
FPGA Design

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a minimum BS in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Senior Avionics Engineer or similar. Hands on experience with digital design, analog design and FPGA circuit board designs. In addition to design the candidate will have Systems Engineering experience (integration and testing) and Project Engineering experience (leading small teams on designated projects / programs)
