About the Role:

The Company team is looking for an inspirational leader to own the growth and development of our user experience team. As the Head of UX Design at Company you will own the user experience vision and design of the Company Security Platform that provides for automated detection and human-powered threat hunting. In addition to shaping the customer 's experience you will play a key role in developing the careers of the user experience team.

The Company Security Platform consists of the Company Portal and over 800,000 endpoint agents that serve the MSP/MSSP and Reseller markets. You will focus on building and coaching an expert team of UI designers. You 'll be working with a smart and diverse team of product managers and engineers who exhibit high energy, deep technical skills and a drive to get things done.

Responsibilities:

• Closely collaborate with product management, engineering, and threat operations leadership to identify product vision and goals
• Help define, prioritize, and execute a clear UX vision for the Company Security Platform
• Work with product management to define multiple user personas
• Excel at facilitating design sessions across a variety of internal and external participants
• Be able to generate UX requirements when provided business desires, design graphic elements, and build UI mockups, and user journeys to present to stakeholders
• Recruit and hire a world class user experience team as Company continues to grow

Qualifications:

• 5+ years UI/UX design experience
• 1+ years experience managing teams of designers
• Defining end to end workflows and analyzing user flows
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility requirements
• Experience working with Figma design software or similar
• Experience with user research
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Agile, adaptable, and capable of delivering new products and features
• Ability to collaborate well with engineers, product management, and other partners
• Design portfolio required

• Experience working in the field of cyber security
• Experience developing in CSS, JavaScript, or HTML
