A bit about us:

A state of the art Memory Care and Assisted living facility located just outside of beautiful St. Petersburg, FL is seeking an experienced and licensed healthcare professional for their immediate need of Health and Wellness Director. This position is for a highly energetic and compassionate individual that is experienced in working Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Long-term care or other similar settings.

Local candidates are highly preferred but relocation could be provided in the form of sign-on bonus.

• Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LPN, NP, PA or similar)
• 3+ years of healthcare admin/supervisor experience in a Long-term, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living or similar facility
• Core focus on wellness and hospitality
• Ability to work on-site full-time

• Plan overall development for community policies and procedures
• Potential requirement to provide direct patient care including call or managing caseloads
• Approve effective workflows and staffing levels
• Oversee key benchmark reports for all team memebers
• Manage an effective QA program through manuals, trainings and improvement meetings
• Ensure departments meets all local and state accreditations and regulatory requirements
• Act as supervisor, mentor, educator in all aspects of the position
