A new opportunity for a Healthcare Laboratory Manager is now available in a beautiful area of Virginia that is close to Washington, D.C. The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for the overall clinical laboratory operations for multiple laboratory sites in the area. The Lab Manager will be required to travel to other laboratory sites within the area. 

The Lab Manager will oversee department policies and procedures, quality initiatives, and satellite clinic locations oversight. The Healthcare Laboratory Manager will oversee Laboratory Supervisors, laboratory staff members, and regulatory requirements.  The Healthcare Laboratory Manager will conduct regulation compliance testing when needed and work with budget planning for the department.

The Healthcare Lab Manager will be a leader by example, creative, and progressive.  LEAN Six Sigma experience is preferred but not required. The Manager Laboratory will have their Bachelor’s Degree, their ASCP or AMT certification, and a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience within the clinical laboratory setting.
