As a key member of the leadership team, the Healthcare Operations Laboratory Manager will implement patient-focused quality improvement initiatives, lead staff trainings, and revamp policies and procedures to reflect patient and provider-centered practices. The Outpatient Services Lab Manager also has budgetary and regulatory oversight of the department.
