POSITION: Staffing Consultant/ Healthcare Recruiter

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

COMPANY: Wexford Health Sources, Inc.

LOCATION: Corporate office Foster Plaza in Green Tree - Pittsburgh, PA (remote 4 days per week)

***Hybrid work experience - Orientation period required in office, then permanent work from home 4 days per week + in office 1 day per week

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Staffing Consultant will recruit qualified healthcare professionals with a specific focus on RN/LPNs, mental health positions, and leadership roles in addition to various non-clinical exempt and non-exempt staff. Other administrative/ reporting duties included.

  • Ability to use creative skills to develop marketing ideas for recruiting purposes such as Newspaper ads, direct mailing campaigns, billboards, attending career fairs, school presentations, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

TRAVEL: Some travel per year to designated location for recruitment events (company-paid & limited to how much you desire and are able to travel)

LICENSING: None required

CERTIFICATION: None required.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Human Resources or related field 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in health care recruiting is highly desirable
  • 2-5 years progressive experience in staffing/recruitment
