The Healthcare Systems Director Quality Engineering will work with a progressive group of diverse leaders to operationalize the strategic vision of the data environment.  This role will be project lead over a team to perform data analyst logical modeling roles for highly complex, or critical projects.   The Director will collaborate with key IT stakeholders to develop and document conceptual data model and data flow for clinical outcomes analytics.  The Director will develop and apply algorithms and process improvements to drive and enhance data systems and streamline business processes.  The Hospital Systems Director Quality Process Improvement will 

The Healthcare Systems Director Quality Engineering job requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and/or appropriate experience; Master's Degree in Informatics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in solution design in a hospital setting
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience and leading teams
• Proven track record in solution design, problem solving, with technical implementation experience of data modeling and master data maintenance
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of database administrator, data modeler, data integration developer, and/or BI/DW architect
