Home Health Aide HHA

Job Description

We are seeking an HHA CNA. Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant that will provide personal supports to our patient at home with an intellectual disability.

We pay weekly with Direct Deposits on Fridays*

$500 - $1,000 Sign on bonus (Bonus paid in two monthly installments after 160 hours worked providing notes written properly)

$15.00 Per Hour

$75 Gas Bonus Monthly until January 1/1/2023 based on working a minimum of 140 hours for the month

Hours

Tuesday - Saturday
11am - 7pm

Requirements

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED preferred

Must be able to pass a Level II Background Screening check and a Local Law Background

Must be able to obtain CPR, First Aid, HIV/AIDS certifications, Direct Core Competencies, and Zero Tolerance training certifications

Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized supports to persons with disabilities
Assist consumer with community integration
Client needs help with homemaking services
Ensure that services provided are in compliance with the applicable Individual Support Plan, Behavioral Plan, and any other pertinent care information

Qualifications:

Experience in home health, or other related fields
Positive and patient demeanor
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to handle physical workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
