Onboarding Requirements: (3)

1.)    Proof of 2 COVID vaccinations

2.)    You must be a New York State Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide

3.)    You must have all documented medicals such as:

Ø  Physical, PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year)

Ø   MMR immunity or titers

Ø  (2) Forms of ID

 

·         Employment Schedules: Full time, Day shift & Weekends available!

         Thurs/Fri. (9 am -9 pm)  Sat & Sun (Day )            (9pm - 9am) nights

 

Care for a client in need –

  • Assistance with bathing, grooming & dressing
  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence
  • Mobility assistance & supervision
  • Companionship & relationship building
