We are seeking an HHA CNA. Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant will provide personal supports to our patient at home with an intellectual disability.

Must have reliable car to take client out into community.

$500 Sign on bonus* (ask about details)

$100 Monthly Gas Card/Bonus* (ask about details) Paid for each month until May 2023

$15.00 per hour package

Hours

Monday - Friday

9:00AM - 5:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized supports to persons with
     disabilities
• Assist consumer with community integration
• Client needs help with homemaking services

Qualifications:

• Experience in home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
