Right at Home, a leading home care organization in Dallas for 16-years, is seeking to hire Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to join our dynamic care team providing non-medical care in the home. We aim to assist individuals in leading lives of quality, comfort, and independence within their own homes. Clients’ needs range from simple companionship to basic hygiene and housekeeping help to checking vitals and assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises. As each case is different, to ensure the success of every caregiver and client match-up, we use the RightCare principles:

Job Requirements:

Passion for helping others
Positive & enthusiastic personality
Team player
1-year minimum working as a Home Health Aide/CNA/Caregiver (not including private-duty)
Reliable, insured vehicle
Valid driver’s license
Clean criminal history
Ability to pass drug screening
