Hospice Nurse Clinical Manager

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of branch clinical patient care
• Implementation and coordination of all patient care programs
• Coordination and supervision of care to clients during Hospice benefit period
• Staff Education and Training related to clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement
• Standards of Performance for Branch Operations

Requirements

• COVID Vaccination required
• MUST have Hospice or home health, and management experience
• Current License as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to lead and carry a caseload when necessary
