Certified Nursing Assistant with our

Hospitality Assistant to CNA position.

Candidates must be able to do the following:

  • Enjoy assisting the facility by providing practical and emotional support to residents under the direction of a Charge Nurse. 
  • Be able to attend a one time in-person orientation for the CNA class program
  • Actively participate in the online CNA class program
  • Have general knowledge of and be comfortable operating a computer and various programs - This is a must
  • Perform basic non-clinical resident care
  • Understand and adheres to the guidelines of Residents' Rights
  • Assist Residents with preparing food as needed (i.e. cutting food, buttering bread) and collecting food trays
  • Make unoccupied beds and transport soiled linen containers
  • Clean tables and stands
  • Label and store personal items (clothing, bedpans, basins, toothbrushes, etc.)
  • Stock linen carts
  • Assist in facilitating designated activity
  • Assists residents in preparation for and transporting to appointments, activites and social programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education Requirements: 

High School Diploma or GED required
