What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area and thank guests for joining us as they are leaving.
• Create and track reservations and guest seating and estimate wait times for guests.
• Stay up to date on what tables are cleared for availability and guest requests.
• Answer the telephone and check the voicemail for any reservation requests.
• Answer any questions guests may have in a polite and courteous manner.
• Ensure that tables are presentable before guests are seated by being proactive.
• Deliver menus and silverware to tables as guests are being seated.

What are we looking for?

• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed or have a varying schedule based upon business needs.
• Outgoing and genuinely helpful personality.
• A proactive team player with ability to think quickly on their feet.
• Able to remain focused and positive in times of high volume/stress.
