Who YOU are

• You are a licensed real estate agent with less than 2 years of experience OR are interested in getting involved with investment real estate.
• You understand that in this booming residential real estate market, where inventory is low and demand is high, agents with less than 2 years of experience are being left behind. Getting a listing is almost impossible and buyers only want to work with agents who have the experience and relationships to make their offer stand out.

The Day to Day

• Meet with our warm investor leads and make your own connections who are hungry to find their next investment property.
• Review our constantly updated available deal board for opportunities that meet your investors’ criteria
• Meet them at our properties and guide them through the sales process
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Work toward the next level of becoming one of our experienced acquisition agents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year more
