Job Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer day to day inquiries
• Prepare, input and maintain various employee records
• Perform new hire orientations
• Administrative and clerical support
• Practice good judgment, discretion, confidentiality

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative, clerical and organizational support to the Human Resources Department
• Maintain an organized filing system for regional/system records
• Update and maintain HR systems
• Collect data and prepare department reports as required
• Perform other duties as required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
• 2+ years human resource experience or human resource course work required
• PHR certification strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Able to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, interruptions
• High attention to detail, accuracy, initiative and follow-through
