Here's what you'll be doing as our Human Resources Coordinator:
- Onboarding and orientation for all new employees
- Management of employee files to ensure compliance with various oversight bodies.
- Organizing, deploying, and managing annual employee training requirements through company's online learning management system.
- Employee counseling and discipline in partnership with Client Care Supervisors.
- Conduct Annual Employee Reviews in partnership with Client Care Supervisors.
- Coordinate enrollment and management of employee benefits in partnership with vendors and CFO.
- Review and update company policies on a biennial cycle in partnership with CFO.
- Function as point person for all Human Resources related inquiries during audits by various oversight bodies.
Requirements of the Human Resources Coordinator
- Human Resources Coordinator is a people person who is friendly and understanding, but comfortable giving employees honest but constructive feedback.
- Human Resources Coordinator has a welcoming presence and is able to approach employee counseling from a growth and not a punative perspective.
- Human Resources Coordinator is highly organized, not easily overwhelmed by big projects, and is analytic in your approach.
- Human Resources Coordinator who wants to grow your career with a growing company in a helping industry.
