In This Role:

  • Input, maintain, and manage IT components and bills of materials through all lifecycle phases.
  • Build and submit Engineering Change Orders to introduce or change IT equipment and populate or change bills of materials.
  • Track our inventory of equipment at our partner facilities.
  • Work with our Accounts Payable team on invoice approvals and payments.
  • Manage onetime orders through our PR/PO process.
  • Coordinate shipment timing to arrive to our various sites.
  • Coordinate material disposition for completed ECOs.
  • Manage and run cross-functional Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.


What You'll Need:
  • 2+ years of experience maintaining electronic and physical records with a product lifecycle management tool.
  • Product lifecycle management.
  • Purchase request and purchase order lifecycle management.
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating with an accounts payable team.
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Competent in writing and formatting of procedures and documents.
  • Competent in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Understanding of office procedures, including filing, record management and archiving documentation.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrates initiative and is self-motivated.


The following skills are considered a plus:
  • Expert level knowledge in MS Excel and MS office products.
  • Experience with Arena/SAP PLM.
  • Experience with NetSuite/SAP ERP.
  • Knowledge of Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Request (ECR) process.
  • Document review and procedural writing experience.
  • Experience running effective process improvement projects.
