Develop broad experience in IT Business Management. At Ameritas, our mission is Fulfilling Life. This position will be an opportunity to develop a wide view of the business management side of a medium to large IT organization. Interact with IT leadership at all levels. Interact with stakeholders from finance, human resources, marketing/communications, and other areas. Facilitate conversations and planning around finance and budgeting, technology spending, IT dashboard management, IT organizational development, and marketing/communications partnership. This role will require an ability to influence others toward the greater organizational good, and an ability to manage outside parties to complete required tasks in a timely manner. What you do * IT Metrics and Management Dashboard / Scorecard leadership including performance metrics, operational metrics, people metrics, and quality metrics * IT Policies, Processes Procedures coordination & library management * Coordinate IT audits, MAR programs, and process quality initiatives. * Organizational development coordination for technology professions, including associate engagement coordination and oversight of action plans. Monitor IT Professions framework and job families including cross training or career path modeling, and technology training plan coordination. * Guidance and support for IT Marketing & Communications programs (internal IT and IT communications to enterprise) including technology intranet page * Facilitate information from within I.T. to support Finance in coordination of technology financial management. * Provide technology benchmarks and research to support finance in technology forecasting which includes service views, capability views, category views, and more. What you bring * 5-7 years of experience required, including a broad understanding of technology organizations and the functions & processes required to make them run. * Solid understand of business financial management and technology cost mechanics required. * Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. * Desired previous experiences include * Policy & framework development * Process analysis and process improvement approaches and implementation techniques. * Experience with technology audit, MAR controls, and risk management approaches and structures. * Metric development and management.
