Job Description

Integrate Marketo marketing automation platform (MAP) instances with Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) as well as with other systems and data repositories. Monitor the integration between marketing automation CRM technology across the organization for day-to-day operations. Monitor large projects progress by tracking activity, publishing progress response and recommending remedial action. Identify trends in technology. Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, forming project teams, establishing project budget, developing schedules, assigning, prioritizing and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, and resolving operations problems. Champion integrations, and coordination of marketing automation and CRM platforms. Responsible for analyzing, reporting, monitoring and managing the MAP/CRM integration and data quality. Maintain database health, by ensuring data cleanliness and completeness, while leveraging tools in Marketo, Salesforce and Other CRM systems. Responsible for data flow as it moves between platforms (Marketo, Salesforce and CRMs) to ensure processes and data integrity is maintained. Improving business process to drive better quality and performance, educating stakeholders to support those process improvements. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related and seven (7) years of experience in software engineering

Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) Salesforce.com and Marketo integrations; 2) Salesforce.com, including apex classes, triggers and VisualForce pages for achieving customized functionality; 3) integrating CPQ systems with Salesforce.com; 4) setting up both customizable and collaborative forecasting in Salesforce.com; 5) design and architecture of organizational strategy by user interview, data conversion and business process refinement; and 6) import and export data using Data Loader and develop webservices for various integrations.
