We are currently seeking a Technical Analysis Analyst to join our team in Canton / Quincy, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

Responsibilities:

• Performs troubleshooting parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.
• Uses advanced tools /technical knowledge to remediate client problems and conduct scheduled installations.
• Provides technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery.
• May act as team lead at times and coach team members.
• Strong client service skills
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.

Basic Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within a Windows operating system environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience of Linux/Unix operating systems
