Qualifications:
Companion/Homemakers need not have prior experience, but a caring, compassionate disposition is a must!
-good communication skills
-enjoy conversing with seniors
-must travel within territory
-must speak/read/write and understand English
-must have a telephone and be able to be reached by phone
-must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
-must have access to a safe, dependable and insured vehicle
-clean CORI
-Vaccination record for Covid-19 per Massachusetts mandate

Sign on Bonus Rules:
Offer applies to new hires ONLY. Not applicable for former or existing employees.
Bonus will be paid in first payroll after successful completion of 90-days of employment and qualifying criteria.
Eligible hires must work a minimum of 30 hours weekly on an ongoing basis for a minimum of 90-days.
Must be in good standing with no unexcused absences or tardiness, performance issues or complaints.
No unnecessary time off requests allowed during probationary period.
No unapproved changes of availability.
Availability Agreement must be signed at interview before hire.
