The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Commissioning new industrial machine systems and related equipment
- Inspecting, servicing and repairing existing industrial systems, machines, components and related equipment
- Programming HMI's and PLC's
- Determining corrective action
- Working with control panels including high voltage
- Creating information for the engineers to improve products
- Testing, evaluating and creating standards for quality control
- Providing telephone and email technical assistance to customers
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- One of more years of interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings
- One or more years of troubleshooting and servicing electrical mechanical machinery
- One or more years of programming HMI's and PLC's
- Possess a complete mechanical toolset
- Possess a complete electrical toolset
- Possess the ability to travel to customer sites
- Possess a solid work history
- Being a US citizen or green card holder
- Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
