As an Inside Sales Loan Agent, you'll work under Consolidation Plus, an Achieve sister company that helps existing Achieve resolution clients accelerate their debt resolution program by loaning them the funds they need to get their enrolled debts settled faster and improve their credit. Our loan product is only available for qualified existing customers enrolled in eligible debt resolution programs such as Achieve Resolutions.

Work from home/hybrid:
We're proudly offering hybrid work options for candidates located in the Tempe, AZ area. This role requires employees to have high speed internet.

Start Date: December 5th
Shift: Monday- Friday
Hours: 8-Hour Shift Between the hours of 6am - 7pm MST

What You'll Do:

• Meet or exceed all monthly schedule adherence and utilization requirements.
• Make outbound calls to our existing customers and lead sources.
• Deliver persuasive consultation to potential clients on how the Consolidation Plus loan can assist them in graduating from their debt settlement program at an accelerated rate.
• Enroll qualified clients in the Consolidation Plus loan product.
• Effectively manage your schedule and lead database while achieving monthly sales targets.

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2+ Years of inside sales experience.
• Proven success with multitasking in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment while meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and influence.
• Solid computer skills with experience effectively managing CRM.
• Strong desire to succeed while supporting the company's Core Values at all times.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
