Investment Banking Senior Analyst - M&A

PALAZZO is seeking to immediately hire an investment banking senior analyst. This candidate must have at least one year of relevant investment banking, finance or corporate development experience.

The position is a combination of quantitative (financial models, financial statement analysis, valuations) and qualitative (business development research, market research and collaborate on the development of management presentations).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and analyze M&A and financing opportunities
• Review and evaluate financial statements to build financial models and conduct valuation analysis
• Prepare information memoranda and other transaction-related documentation
• Research company information and industry trends
• Perform and manage client due diligence

Qualifications:

• One year of related M&A experience at a leading investment bank
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university (preferably in finance)
• Exceptional academic record
• We seek detailed, committed and proactive individuals with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to support our M&A and capital raising engagements
• Effective writing skills to support the creation and delivery of presentations to prospective client management teams, as well as potential investors
• Experience with financial modeling and corporate valuations, and an understanding of third-party due diligence
• Organized, thorough, and detail oriented
• Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
