Invoicing Clerk

FULL-TIME

$17.25/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus, see details below

- Must be able to invoice, tag, and load customer orders at a fast, accurate pace. Employee may be required to safely and efficiently load trailers and other vehicles, depending on ship via, by manually lifting and stacking cases of product that may weigh up to 50lbs.
- Maintains safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to SanMar’s safety regulations.
- Responsible for checking out equipment and returning in same condition.
- Ability to move product with pallet jack and hand truck.
- Use Radio Frequency (RF) unit in combination with Internal Operating System to perform daily work.
- Invoice, tag and load customer shipments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Use Internal Operating System to verify accuracy of shipping details
- Meet production and accuracy standards and shipping deadlines.
- Regular and prompt attendance.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

May be required to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification. Ability to move product by using a pallet jack and hand truck Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require; support or rotate to other production functions as needed. Ability to learn Internal Operating System and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Comprehend verbal and written instructions. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines. Able to work both independently and within a team. Knowledge of internal operating system(s) is necessary to perform job. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
