Vector has partnered with one of the world' s leading manufacturers of fine writing, professional art and crafting products, and children' s art supplies. They are looking for a Junior Maintenance Technician to join their team in Valley View, Ohio!  

1st Shift Monday through Friday 8A-4P 
Some OT on Saturdays required 
$15- $17 Depending on Experience 

Job Summary: 
The Junior Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing repairs, maintenance, and other required tasks. The Maintenance Technician is a position within the Facilities Department that supports many aspects of equipment and building maintenance in their 118, 000 square-foot building in Valley View Ohio.  

Responsibilities: 
• Complete work and repairs in a timely fashion
• Lift truck preventative maintenance and minor repair
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Assist with keeping facility clean including trash removal and recycling collection
• Assist with snow removal and salting in winter using salt spreader and shovels
• HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
• Lightning maintenance
• Operating floor scrubbers and lift trucks
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary 

Qualifications: 
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload - able to lift up to 50 pounds
  and work in all weather situations
• Electrical knowledge (AC & DC)
• Ability to perform in house construction including some        carpentry, painting
• Comprehension of technical instructions related to building      maintenance
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Some overtime and Saturdays required
